Promotion codes are entered during registration or in your Account Settings under Promotions / Bonus Code after login on tophoki. Paste the code exactly as provided — codes are case-sensitive and must not contain extra spaces. If the code is valid and not expired, the promotion will apply to your next deposit or game activity as stated in the promotion terms. If tophoki does not recognize your code, verify that you have copied it correctly and that it applies to your account region. No. tophoki policy allows one account per person. If we detect duplicate accounts, both accounts will be suspended and funds held pending investigation. To verify this, we cross-reference identity documents, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, and device fingerprints. If you previously had an account and can no longer access it, contact support with your original registration details so we can help you recover or reset it. Do not create a new account while the old one exists.
To request deletion of your personal data from tophoki, contact our support team in writing (email preferred) and specify which data you wish to delete. Provide your account username, registered email, and a reason if you wish. tophoki will review your request and respond within the timeframe required by data-protection law.
