How to get tophoki on your mobile device
Three installation options
We provide three ways to access tophoki on mobile. The Android APK is a native app download — you download the file directly from our website, enable installation from unknown sources on your device, and install. iOS users can bookmark our mobile web app to their home screen or use Safari to access tophoki without App Store installation. Web-app users (Android or iOS) simply visit tophoki.id in their browser and log in — no download needed.
Each method connects to the same tophoki backend, so your balance, transaction history, account settings, and live-dealer session are identical no matter which device you use.

iOS browser and web-app access
iOS users cannot download APKs directly. Instead, open Safari and visit tophoki.id. Our mobile website automatically detects your iOS device and displays a responsive layout optimised for iPhone and iPad. You can bookmark tophoki to your home screen by tapping the Share button, selecting "Add to Home Screen", and confirming. This creates a shortcut that launches tophoki in a full-screen web-app mode, making it feel like a native app.
Android users can also use the web app if they prefer not to install the APK. Simply navigate to tophoki.id in Chrome or any mobile browser. The web app offers the same live-dealer streams, sportsbook coverage, and account access as the native app, with the trade-off that it requires an internet connection (whereas the APK can cache some assets locally).
Native app vs. mobile web browser
The Android APK offers offline caching — some assets (game graphics, dealer video thumbnails, market layouts) are cached locally after your first visit, so the app loads faster on your second and subsequent sessions, even if you have a slower connection. The native app also sends push notifications for live-dealer table alerts (e.g., "Roulette table now open") and sportsbook odds updates (e.g., "Liga 1 match starting soon"). Battery usage and memory footprint are optimised for long gaming sessions. You can also customise app permissions — camera and microphone access for live-dealer voice chat, location services for detecting restricted jurisdictions, and notification settings.
The mobile web app (accessed via browser on any device) requires a live internet connection for every interaction but has no installation overhead. It works identically across iOS and Android and updates automatically — you never need to download a new version. The web app is ideal if you switch devices frequently or want to try tophoki without committing to a download. Both paths use encrypted HTTPS connections and the same two-factor authentication (2FA) as desktop tophoki.
Push notifications are optional
The native tophoki app can send notifications about live-dealer availability and sportsbook odds. You can disable notifications at any time in app settings without affecting your account or session.
Device requirements and compatibility
The tophoki Android APK requires Android 7.0 (API level 24) or higher. Most Android phones and tablets made in the last five to six years meet this requirement. The app is tested on common devices running Android 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12+. For iOS, our mobile web app and home-screen shortcut work on iOS 12.0 and above (iPhone 5s and newer, iPad Air and newer). Both platforms support landscape and portrait orientations, with the interface adapting to your screen size.
If your device does not meet these requirements, you can still access tophoki via the mobile web browser — simply visit tophoki.id on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). The web version is compatible with older OS versions as long as your browser supports modern web standards.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If your Android device shows "Installation blocked" or "Unknown app", check that you have enabled "Unknown Sources" in Settings > Security (the toggle name varies by device and OS version — search "Unknown Sources" in your device settings). If the APK file fails to download, verify that your browser allows downloads to your Downloads folder and that you have sufficient storage space (the tophoki APK requires approximately 50–80 MB). If the app crashes immediately after opening, uninstall it, clear your phone's cache (Settings > Storage > Cached Data > Clear Cache), and reinstall the APK.
For iOS, if the home-screen shortcut does not launch tophoki in full-screen mode, try closing Safari completely and reopening the shortcut. If Safari itself is blocked from accessing tophoki.id, check your Screen Time or parental-control settings. If you encounter SSL certificate errors in your browser, restart your phone and clear your browser cache (Safari > History > Clear History and Website Data). Our support team can assist with any persistent connection or authentication issues — contact us through the tophoki website.
Data, permissions, and account security on tophoki
The tophoki app requests the following permissions on Android: internet access (required for all gameplay and payments), local storage (to cache game assets and transaction history), and optionally camera or microphone (for live-dealer table chat features). We do not access your contacts, photos, or calendar without explicit permission. On iOS, the mobile web app runs in a sandboxed browser environment and does not request device permissions unless you enable camera/microphone sharing for a specific live-dealer session.
All tophoki app traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and your account credentials (username and password) are never stored on your device — only a session token is cached locally and automatically refreshed when it expires. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your tophoki account settings to add an extra layer of security. If you log in on a shared or public device, always log out after your session and delete any cached data. If you lose your phone, you can reset your tophoki password and 2FA from any other device by visiting the account recovery page on tophoki.id.
